Henry Marshall
Head Trainer
Henry's passion for fitness started at a young age in quest to improve his skill and performance in wrestling and soccer.
Henry understands that each client is unique and brings varying past experiences, medical conditions, fitness needs, and as such, each program offers is customized specifically for each individual. Henry not only wants to help you meet all of your fitness goals but he wants you to have a better understanding of efficient movement, teaching clients the skills to minimizing injury while providing optimal health, energy and vitality for daily endeavors.
Henry has worked with people from all walks of life ranging from older professionals to young aspiring athletes. Every training session is an opportunity to improve upon the previous in an effort to provide continual adaptation, avoiding a stagnation and plateaus. Great health and fitness is developed one workout at a time through consistency and perseverance.
In his free time, Henry enjoys spending time with his family and helping his daughter grow. He is an avid kettlebell sport competitor and enjoys going on bike rides - you just might find him and his family tossing around kettlebells or walking their dog in a nearby park.
