High School and Youth Strength and Conditioning Camp
Students-athletes use Kettlebells and AOS training methods to give themselves an edge on their competition. This program is sports specific, focused on plyometrics, full-body motions, and explosive core movements. Athletes gain core strength and greater endurance to keep them in the game longer.
We are offering a High School Strength and Conditioning Camp Summer Camp (15-18) and a Youth Strength and Conditioning Camp (8-14)
The High School Camp will be 2 days on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4-5pm at $100 per 4week session.
The Youth Camp will be 2 days a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-5pm at $100 per 4 week session.
